We make every Grip Clean product in-house, and we stand behind it. If you bought from gripclean.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, you are covered by our 110% Money-Back Guarantee.
What "110%" means
- 100% refund of the product purchase price, returned to your original payment method, plus
- an extra 10% of the product purchase price issued as Grip Clean store credit (a single-use discount code sent by email).
How to claim it
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at sales@gripclean.com or (951) 389-8779 (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm PT) with your order number.
- We will email you return instructions. Return the unused portion of the product.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund within 10 business days and email your 10% store credit code. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Where the guarantee applies
The guarantee applies to purchases made directly on gripclean.com. Products bought from retailers or marketplaces (for example Amazon, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Walmart, or eBay) are covered by that seller's return policy.
Order changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
