This notice explains the incentive we offer in exchange for your email address, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

The offer

When you sign up for Grip Clean emails, we send you a code for a free fingernail brush with your next order, along with new product alerts and exclusive deals.

What information we collect

Your email address, and information about how you interact with our emails (such as opens and clicks).

How we use it

To send you the free-brush code and marketing emails about our products and promotions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Value of your information

We estimate the value of a subscriber's email address to be approximately equal to the retail value of the free fingernail brush ($9.97). We calculated this based on the expected revenue and marketing costs associated with email subscribers.

How to opt in

Enter your email address in any of our sign-up forms. By signing up, you agree to the terms of this incentive.

How to withdraw

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us at sales@gripclean.com or (951) 389-8779. Withdrawing does not affect a code already issued.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
