Grip Clean started with Bryce Hudson and a problem every mechanic knows: the cleaners that actually cut grease were wrecking his hands. In 2013, in his garage, he started mixing his own, using natural grit and clay to lift grease and grime, plus skin-friendly oils so hands don't crack after a long day.

Word got out fast. By 2014, buddies at the track and the local shop kept coming back for more. In 2015, Bryce pitched Grip Clean on Season 7 of Shark Tank and walked out with an on-air offer from Lori Greiner.

Made by us, not relabeled

Every Grip Clean formula is developed and manufactured in-house, then mixed and bottled in California. We don't repackage generic soap. Bryce still tests every formula himself.
