Let's be honest. If you're a mechanic, you know everything about anything. It's just how we roll.

But yet for some reason, we always seem to have evidence of working on cars imbeded in our hands when we head home from work...

Until now that is. We put together a list of 6 areas where most people forget to wash. Leave the battle scars at work, and follow these simple tips for the ultimate clean. Your marriage will thank us later.

    -Team Grip Clean

    Palms

Apply soap to you palms, and rub your hands together to create friction and cause the soap to "lather" and "sud" up. Scrub deep into the calluses to remove embeded grease.

    Finger Nails

The crevices on your fignernails collect a lot of grease and grime, but they dont have to stay that way.

    Wrists

While we are focusing on our hands, plenty of grease and grime ends up on your wrist cuffs. Grab your wrist and scrub in a circular motion around the forearm.

    Inside of Thumb

This tricky spot isnt noticeable until you turn your hands over which leaves it un noticed all to much.

    Knuckles

Scrub perpendicular to your fingers (left to right) following your knuckle lines. This gets inbetween every crack

    Forearms

Most of the time you don't even notice you had grease way up on your arm until you get in the shower, or in bed. Scrub your entire arm, all the way up to your elbow.

    Go get dirty again!

And that's pretty much it... Now its time to clock out for lunch, come back, and do it all over again!
